recipe: mango pudding

在此分享張媽媽弄芒果布丁的心得.
留意以下份量可供多人食用.
如果你想弄一人份量, 只要把材料除四便可.

材料:
- 芒果四隻
- 芒果味啫喱粉四包
- 兩飯碗熱開水
- 兩飯碗冷開水
- 一公升Devondale Full Cream Milk (這牌子的效果是最好的.)

方法:
1. 把牛奶放入雪櫃, 雪凍待用.
2. 把啫喱粉和兩碗熱開水混和. 當啫喱粉差不多溶解時, 加入兩碗冷開水

3. 芒果去肉, 切粒.

4. 啫喱溶液完全冷卻, 加入芒果粒.


5. 加入牛奶

6. 把布甸溶液分到啫喱或小盤, 放入雪櫃至凝結

7. 開餐!

Yannie you are a genious. Hey, how about if you write a cookbook on desserts based on your Animal Theme ? This mango pudding goes well with your sunset-sunrise theme, its romantic and very yummy. (PS: where do you get devondale milk ? Also, how long do you need to refrigerate the pudding ?)

Is there a low-fat version for 'Fay See Lie' like me ? A friend of mine says you can substitute Devondale with low-fat carnation cream ?
